If you imagine our church as a rescue ship, it’s the role of the Leadership Team to make sure it is licensed, safe, and has fuel in the tank and with the Senior Pastor help steer the ship in the right direction. Each AGM we elect one new congregation member to the team for 2 years, and one person stands down.
